  • Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, postcode & contact number.
  • Your orders will be processed on daily basis during business day, which is Monday to Friday.
  • The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 11am (Malaysia Time). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment information before 11am.
  • We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make a note in your order form so that we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you.
  • reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
  • After sending out your parcel, we will update the tracking number at your order/transaction history. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised lead-time, please contact the courier company directly.
  • If you've given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping fee for resending the parcel.

Delivery services for reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

Return / Refund issue related to Delivery guarantees the quality of the products sent when leaving the premises. All orders are delivered by post. Any problems or complains upon receiving of products must be made within 24 hours.

Any refund or return request will be handled on case to case basis.

No refund will be given if insufficient information provided.

No P.O. box addresses will be accepted.

If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refunds will be made as the ordered items are considered as delivered. In cases such as failure of delivery to some rural areas, no refund will be given. We will be happy to hear any respond from you.
